- To comply with the procedures and principles regarding the employment of child and young workers and not to employ workers under the age of 18,
- Not to employ forced or involuntary labor,
- To fulfill all legal requirements regarding Occupational Health and Safety for all our employees, to take every preventive measure to prevent workplace accidents, and to provide our employees with a well-equipped work environment and all necessary hygienic facilities to meet their basic needs,
- To ensure that all our employees receive the wages and social benefits established by law,
- To implement working hours and overtime in accordance with the law,
- To base our hiring decisions on work performance; not to discriminate against individuals based on language, race, gender, political views, beliefs, religion, denomination, or similar factors,
- No disciplinary action shall be taken outside of the scope of the law and the Disciplinary Procedure. Physical violence, threats of physical violence, sexual abuse, other harassing behaviors, verbal abuse, or any other form of intimidation or coercion is strictly prohibited.
- Establishing environmentally friendly policies and standards to prevent environmental pollution and protect nature, and raising our employees’ awareness on this matter,
- Conducting our operations in accordance with current laws and regulations,
- Protecting the interests of our stakeholders within the framework of established rules,
- We commit to never accepting any gifts or payments that would provide financial gain to our employees under any circumstances, and to never make such requests.
